  • Know how to apply the Shewhart �Plan Do Check Act� cycle and quality improvement tools for analyzing problems (Flow Charts, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Scatter Plots, Histograms, Pareto Charts, Run Charts, Control Charts)
  • Improve skills in team-building and team performance
